Lisa is more than a mortgage advisor - i have never experienced such a good service anywhere else in my life and I dont think i ever will. She is so on the ball and it is admirable how she keeps up with and provides such good contact with all her customers. Every call back promised was fulfilled, i was able to call her on evenings, weekends you name it she was available if needed, she became the driving force that pushed my solicitors to completion after months and months of delays and let downs, and she was always there to be a listening ear whether it be the chaos of my mortgage or when life just got a bit too stressful!

You will not find another Lisa out there I can promise you that. If you want an advisor that will give you great advice, that cares about your situation and actually wants to help, instruct Lisa at Dreamkey mortgage solutions. I doubt i would have my home and would have been lost without her on my side for all the months she helped me. We were recommended Joe & Lisa from Just Mortgages from a family member to help us get a mortgage offer in place in order to buy our first home together. We worked closely with Joe who was extremely helpful, kind & friendly throughout the whole experience. He was super reliable and was very quick to respond when we had last minute questions and was always on hand to help with any advice whenever we needed it. Our mortgage offer was in place within 3 weeks as we needed a quick turn-around due to reasons outwith our control and Joe was willing to help us straight away after our first phone call. I want to say BIG Thank you to Joseph for his First class services he provided to me. I merely found him by using google search. I had very complicated case. I was selling my property for which customers pulled out twice, while I found a property I want to buy. Ive used my selling agents property valuators, which did a wrong valuation and caused me many problems and losses. My solicitor was very busy, the most of the times during my sale I felt helpless and very stressful. Also I had pre-settled status in UK, and only 3 months worked on permanent contract. Joseph has helped me with free solicitors advises as well. I've got a perfect mortgage offer within 2 weeks! He was always in contact with me. He was the only light and help I've got during my sale-purchase process. His services very affordable, which is very important in such difficult times. Our family appreciate it a lot! We cannot recommend Lisa enough. We just bought our first house in London and had a stressful time with the Bank of England changing rates and then a mistake from the bank in releasing our funds on completion day. Lisa was so proactive and secured us a rate on the deadline day, we also think we may not have completed if Lisa hadn’t been proactively chasing all parties. She was always so responsive and thorough, helping us understand the process and checking in regularly. We will be recommending Just Mortgages to everyone we know who’s buying a property!
